Sekiro is one of the Best of all time, if not the Best of all time

why I consider Sekiro to be one of the Best of all time?

Sekiro is game which gives you unforgiving experience specially in terms of combat that no other game can give out there and here’s why:

Sekiro is a game where the real progress happens in real life, this is a game where you’re going to use a single weapon throughout the whole game. You don’t get +20 armour or some magic overpowered weapon in this game. The game forces you to be Shinobi and you have to play like one, you are not winning boss battles in this game by dodge spam them or by getting overpowered weapons etc, instead the game forces you to face enemy and put pressure on them you have to set the pace of combat

The only way to progress in this game is to be good at it by dying over and over again. The player builds the skill in real life its you who can now deflect every move, it’s you being able to counter enemy, it’s you who can now understand the pattern and can make a move beforehand. once you get the hang of its combat and beat the game, you’ll truly feel invincible and you will have dopamine rush that no other game can possibly give and this is what makes this game so special to me.

Hesitation is defeat – A lesson
If you don’t know there is a popular phrase in this game “Hesitation is defeat” it is Quoted by the Final Boss in this game every time you die to him and let me tell you, you’re really going to die to him many times.

The game is full of unforgiving experiences and badly punishes you for your mistakes and this is where this Hesitation is Defeat comes into frame:the game is trying to teach you not to be hesitant about your fear when you hesitate be it because of low health or you being not good enough you put yourself in self-doubt, eventually you get frustrated and give up but If you try hard enough and fight your problems you can achieve victory over them.

This whole thing had a psychological effect on me and it led me to proceed this approach in real domains of life that you should not be hesitant, always react first and keep trying hard you’ll eventually get through your obstacles.

Story
The game is set in Sengoku Era in Japan, you play as Shinobi known as Wolf, you are given the task to protect Kuro who’s a young Lord with unique bloodline and now is kidnapped by Ashina Clan, your main goal is to rescue your lord and protect her. The game offers multiple ending and although your 1st playthrough is going to be linear but you can access some areas early or later in the game.

Combat
The Combat is Mechanical and its centred around deflecting your enemy attacks to break the posture of enemy. You only have one primary weapon In this game which is your sword and you are going to play the whole game with it because its you being better in real life instead of you getting better as in-game character progression I know I’m putting lot of emphasis on this but this is whole catch of the game.

Combat is rhythmic you need to time your deflections at right time every enemy you face have different deflect timing so you will constantly improvise which Is why I said earlier that you build the skill throughout the game.

The game also has skill tree, consumables and tools which you collect throughout the game but it doesn’t necessarily make you powerful you need to have the timing and knowledge of each component to be used in the combat as certain consumables will not always work against certain enemies. I personally didn’t use most of the extra stuff, you can beat the game without doing any fancy stuff just learn to deflect and counter your enemies.

Graphics and Environment
The game has decent graphics but excellent art style to make your environment pleasing, every area you reach has its own lore behind it and its fun to explore as its filled with different type of enemies. I’m all in for its environment and art.

Boss Fights
The game is filled with many boss fights and mini bosses, every boss encounter is different and forces you to learn its own movements, every enemy has its own timing and patterns to attack which is challenging and keep things refreshing.

Some Boss Character are Unforgettable such as Genichiro, Isshin Ashina, Guardian Ape etc. There are optional Bosses and Endgame bosses which you can access after progression of story. Overall, the bosses in this game are just truly amazing.

Final Thoughts
A Niche game and one of its kind, highly punishing but highly rewarding as well. Sekiro offers one of the best combat experiences and it has its unique posture mechanic which I haven’t seen in any other game. The Art Style is amazing and Boss Fights are Legendary, the combat and this whole game as a package gives you dopamine rush that no other game can give. Truly an Unforgettable Experience.

Always remember, Hesitation is Defeat!

Important! – Link of Essential Mod
Framerate in sekiro is locked at 60 fps, use this mode to unlock the fps as there is no other way to get more fps if you want, the mod also allows you to play the game on Borderless windows mode. However I played the game on default 60 fps and my experience was great except sometimes I had rare fps drops which Is no big deal.
Although more frames at this point should be obvious if you want more fps then use this mode specially if you are used to playing at higher frames.

I only wished to say that your latest review of "The Crew 2" is more than adequate. Selling a game for $1 is truly nothing but a cynical way to ingratiate oneself to naïve people. … People who, in turn, feel obliged to write a positive review.

i know they announced offline patch still it doesn't justify them removing crew 1 without refunds, still it doesn't justify their marketing tactics and how awful and desperate they are. idk why are you even defending them and even bother come to my profile getting toxic at me for no reason. and as far as cs is concerned its not even in the review or have anything related.
