Really enjoying this! (Haven't done much with the AoE2 content yet.) It's been great to see AoE1 get the AoE2 mechanics that it desperately needed (I was hoping AoE1DE would do these).

Only 2 complaints are:
1. A lot of the art from AoE1DE (Farms, UI, berries, mines, etc) was beautiful, while RoR uses the AoE2DE art for these things and they look a tad incongruous/unpolished.

2. The AoE1 campaigns were not brought over. I don't blame anyone for this one, it would have been a lot of work and time to do so, it's just a bummer that you should be aware of. (Note: Ascent of Egypt and Punic War recently were added, and Glory of Greece/Voices of Babylon are coming. Ave Caesar can be found as a mod at lower quality than what you'd expect from a dev, but still good.)

Everything else you get easily compensates for these however. If you're a fan of ancient history or nostalgic for AoE1, definitely get RoR, you won't regret it.
