This must be a game made for 5 year olds because I played on grand admiral difficulty the hardest difficulty and won the game within 1 hour. I never built a single military fleet and never built a single building. I actually just demolished all of the buildings on the planets and gave away all of my resources to the other empires. Even with absolutely 0 resources I still won the game.
