Results
Normal play = 58 - 60 Fps
Multiplayer mode = 32 - 45 Fps
Multiplayer mode with bots = 55 - 60 Fps


Windows key + Pause Break > Advanced system settings > "" Advanced "" Performance
Click Settings > Tick Use visual styles on windows and buttons

If uncheck fps drop!
