Hey there man, how's things been doing?

Gameplay wise, you get a good variety of choices I'd say. There's a good amount of guns to use, with 8 different abilities and subtypes for those abilities. They recreated Washington DC with a pretty much 1:1 scale, so it's fun to just run around and take a tour of the city seeing and discovering little new things.

If you've played RPGs before, and liked them, then I bet you would like the Division 2 as well. I'd recommend getting it for PC for quicker updates, better graphics, and better performance over consoles. Let me know if you have any questions!

So, for the Division 2. It's kind like an action RPG looter, like Diablo 3. But instead of hacking and slashing you shoot things for the loot/equipment. (hence looter shooter) It's an RPG at it's core so it uses those mechanics a bit in-game. So sometimes things take more then a few bullets to kill, you can use equipment to revive teammates, sometimes higher rarities of the same item give you better stats, special items might need to be farmed a bit or grinded for, things like that.

Other popular games in the genre include Borderlands, Anthem, Destiny, and Warframe.

I think if you go into the game with an open mind, but realize that it's an RPG first, then you'll understand the game concept a bit. Some people say, "OMG it's not realistic, enemies don't die after a few bullets!" Without realizing that it's an RPG first.
