The quick and easy solution to an undamaged keyboard.

In Large Mixing Bowl:
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp McCormick rotisserie mix
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP chopped parsley
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan (not from the shaker!)

Sautee 1 red bell pepper and 1 medium onion until tender
Add 2 cloves of grated garlic, stir and remove from heat.

Add sauteed onion/pepper/garlic to meat mixture and combine
all ingredients gently by hand.

Form into 2 oz. balls and bake on parchment paper lined
cookie sheet on 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Add to your favorite sauce and simmer up to several hours!
