it is a classic one, a real classic. I first stumbled on it was few months after its release.
i bought the original CD pack & played for some time but due to having a low performance pc, it soon get abandoned.
then only few months ago destiny has brought me to it again in Steam.

i was really surprised that after such long years it's still available. so without any further thinking i bought & installed into my new pc. It was a superb game back in 2005 when i still have the CD pack & it still is a great game now in 2015.

i spent hours & days on it, offline mode. It's awesome, the gameplay, the story, the designs of the ships etc etc.

it's simply the best game i've played in its category.

Played this game years ago as well :) Great game and a nice challenge in some parts ;) Also if you are surprised this is still sold take a look at the Star Wars section of the steam store, think I saw even X-Wing Alliance there and that game is much older :D

i dont find any difference in the game... but i found out some bug or glitch during gameplay which cause the game to stop progress forward
re-installation of the game solved it

Is there a difference between this version and the older version? I bought my copy on gog a few years ago. But here on steam i see them talking about the beta and that they released it now. Got me a bit confused seeing i own the game for years already so how can this be a beta suddenly that recently gor released O.o
