Cute game, sadly it's very short. I can definitely see potential if the character was fleshed out in a longer title sadly it's been 6 years since this game's release and it doesn't look like the developer is active anymore.

As for the social anxiety thing, I think only people who live with it can get the struggles of the character. It's not a fault of the game, it's just the way the medium works, you can't convey genuine social anxiety to a person who doesn't have it and especially not when it's on a computer screen. So a lot of people might not get the character or why going to the kitchen to make an oat meal is such a big deal.
