Buggy mess that barely functions. Cannot play and the scripts constantly break not allowing you to progress. You are better off playing the Gmod version and getting shot at by screaming children.

Play Russian games win Russian prizes, this game is a direct product of the Soviet Union, more specifically the late 90's era of decay within said union. The game is run by malicious devs who care little for the well-being of their player base and seek only more of that sweet sweet $$$. I have never seen a more gas-lit broken community which actively complains about the game and wishes to see it get better but simultaneously takes every precaution and action necessary to further the decline of the game and introduction and proliferation of features which they claim to hate. Every year it is the same thing with about as many packs per tech-tree vehicles which leads to the dumpster fire which we know as "air "realistic" battles" that consists of hordes of premiums carefully curated to the absolute bottom-feeders of the game and are placed at extremely convenient BR's where they can excel while their counterparts simply have no recourse other than to be free farm in the never ending grind that is war thunder. I truly cannot recommend avoiding this game enough. If you care at all about simming or flying aircraft go play DCS or IL-2, the devs actually give a damn and compared to war thunder those games are shining examples of what games used to be. The game on the surface entertains the masses with the bread and circus of passable effects and cool explosions but to those who care it falls flat on it's ass in regards to any real game play. It is no better than COD or CS:GO and every match is pretty much the same. I can say with more than enough experience in playing and activity on the forum that the only thing you can expect with this game is a consistent stream of new packs, flavor-of-the-month top tiers that dunk on the last months shiny, and most assuredly devious changes to the economy which only seek to screw the player out of their weekly quota to get the generous opportunity to play their garbage game and use their crappy models coded and made by the most disinterested and uninspired devs imaginable.

TLDR; Avoid like the plague and go play DCS or IL-2 if you are really interested in aircraft, terrible game with no future.

The game is great at the stage it is in now.The AI is very sophisticated and the bots think very tactically(unlike some other games *cough cough call of duty*.I really like how the weapons are made with ballistics instead of hitscan.I would really like to see this game progress and see what it will become because this game has lots of potential.It would be cool if they added more weapons especially something like a generic version of the m4 which should just be a base weapon like the ak, they could also add apc's large aircrafts like the ac-130 which could function like the battle ship with it being a base and a spawn with guns on it.Overall great game 10/10 :).
