I remember playing Ark 1 when it first came out and enjoying it, eventually I would play official servers with my friends after enjoying non dedicated ran its course. We eventually started renting servers but servers now I are ridiculous. I use to rent Nitrado servers and I thought 10 dollars a month was cheap when it first started but I enjoyed the game enough to rent the server for a month and event 90 days sometimes.

But the server now cost 8 dollars for nine days... and It cost over 1 dollar a month to run a server and no option to have a PC run as a server. I hope this changes in the future but as of right now, I requested a refund and I hope the game will work in the future and servers are reasonable. I love Ark and I was looking forward to renting a private server.

Me and my friend decided to bite the bullet and join an official server but we are unable to join any servers regardless of player count, ping, or region.... I hope to buy this game in the future when these issues are resolved, but idk what to say except I am saddened by what has happened.

I love this game. The past couple years has been pretty rough for gamers who love old classic shooters. With battle royale games it felt like all the new games for a while were just going to be battle royale and no longer basic two teams fighting games. As a Halo fan I am happy that Halo is coming to PC and seeing 343 bring in old Bungie heads and listening to the fan base. Hope Call of Duty follows what Halo is doing!!
