This game made me lose my wife and here’s why:

I was on VRchat the other day doing what I love to do the most: Spending some time with my VRchat family. It’s nothing serious we just enjoy eachothers company and I’ll be very honest with you, it’s been a very therapeutic journey.

I have a VR wife, we have been married for a week now and I love her a lot. My wife doesn’t seem to accept the fact that having a VRwife isn’t the same thing as real marriage, which angers me quite a bit.

My wife told me my VRwife will leave me soon and she told me my VRwife only uses me for buying her discord nitro and VRC+. These statements are not true and she does love me. I spend my money the way I want to and she has no saying on that.

The next day my wife filed for a divorce. I was saddened, I felt left alone and I was feeling suicidal. I truly did not know what to do anymore. I have never felt depressed in my life before, it was horrible. The only thing I had left was my VRfamily, they accepted me with open arms, they love me for who I am. I’ll be with them forever.
