Got it on sale for $2.50 (and $2 for BF1). For the price, it ain't a bad deal! Definitely not the most "immersive" (if that's all you care about) but it is a very good alternate history shooter. The customization is great, albeit limited in the beginning. I won't lie, this game is a grind, but really, every modern game is. If shooters are your thing, and you want a break from all the COD and whatnot, this is a good break. You will die a lot, because like every shooter, they've got their "Quake III Grandfather PRO Veteran Gamer" waiting in the wings.

Maps can suck sometimes. Sometimes the quarters are too close, but when most maps are open and have a couple camping snipers... Its a nice break. I haven't come across any hackers, and I'm playing on DICE servers. They stay decently filled, and full. I'd recommend it, give it a crack.

They turned Axl Rose of Guns N Roses into a British time traveler who eats potato crisps. Oh yeah, the game is cool too.

I'm gonna come back one day and beat this.

You can get this baby right here for a fiver. I will say its not Rebirth, though. You miss a lot of features with this one, but I do suppose if you are looking for either a cheap Isaac fix or just want to dip your toes in, this would be the one. I do recommend the newest one, though.

After a year, I now have the version Isaac fans have wanted me to play. Its hard, but I like it! MORE PAIN! I NEED MORE PAIN!

A neat little game! Definitely need friends, or you can make some. I won't spoil it :)

I have clocked more hours on my PS4 and Switch. This bad boy is a great experience. It gives you a couple paths to go down, a-la Pacifist, Neutral, and Genocide. I would recommend Pacifist for a first run, as the overall difficulty scales with you (but you are forever Lvl. 1, haha). You will meet wacky characters. There will be stuff you pass up. There will be secrets you miss. But that's the beauty of it... its re-playable. Miss something on your first playthrough? Then start a new save! Maybe look around more, and backtrack after certain events (the game does encourage you to go back to major places, and does have a shortcut in the form of the ferryman). But trust me on this; it's a good game. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but I think everyone should try it at least once.
