Hey I am a KF1 fan. If you want to complete achievements just accept my invitation.

I run a community server with lots of content that still keeps the classic KF1 design and feel in mind. There is no perk leveling so every player is always the max level (6) and on the same playing field, so you can just hop in and learn how to play. Crap, last thing, I promise. When you first join the server, you will start downloading the mods. First time takes awhile, so before 9:00, I would suggest joining as a spectator so you can walk away from the game to download the mods.

The mods, like anything you download in KF when joining a server, such as a map, will be in your cache, which clears every 30 days. So you don't have to worry about managing mods or anything.

Sorry, a couple more things I forgot to mention. We have multiple options to choose from for difficulty, but the minimum is hard mode. With that said, the minimum perk level is 6. So when you join and see all your perks at level 0, you will still have the benefits of a level 6. There is also a max level of 11, and it increases by 1 for every player on the server past 6. So just because some of us have level 20+ perks, we won't actually get those full benefits.

While our KF server always has a regular gametype, there is also the option for the bi-weekly rotation. Right now, it's chainsaw massacre. One of the admins made a meme chainsaw where it's super large and op. It's was originally an april fools joke, but we had so much fun with it, that it's now one of our rotations.
