Base game Sims 2 ve 3'e kıyasla sıkıcı ve boş. Eğer tüm DLC'leri almak isterseniz, 1.235 Dolar'ı gözden çıkarmanız gerek. Sims 3'le gelen açık dünyayı kaldırmışlar, oyundaki 44 saating 36'sı yükleme ekranı ile geçti desem o kadar da yalan olmaz. Bunun yerine Sims 3 base game oynayın daha çok eğlenirsiniz.
