Better Map Overviews

Maps with proper alignment, walls and boundaries, doorways, callouts and out of bounds zones (for Invasion).

Goals of the mod
- Provide accurate and useful navigation information.
- Provide callouts.
- Retain the flavour of the original maps.

The red lines indicate the boundaries of each team's Out of Bounds zones. It's a bit hard to see them in game, so it's worth checking out the high quality images.
