After finished the abyss and getting all zemurian ores, you can Ask Celeste to forge a Weapon according to what you wish for.

Note:

For Anelace, it's not really recommended you get a Katana for her, instead leave one for Richard.
Jinu can be upgraded for Completing the Nightmare arena (Sun Door 3),and it's a way better weapon than Houkibushi do note that i think you need to have her in the party with Jinu equipped, however i'm not sure if it's necessary,

To clarify the Jinu thing, you do need to have acquired it to upgrade it, but Anelace does not need to have it equipped when clearing the Nightmare Arena. So what you can do is forge exactly one Houkiboshi, have her use it for the Nightmare Arena to upgrade the Jinu, then hand the Houkiboshi over to Richard.

@Adult Galali, for some reason, i got it from doing Star door 6, the one where you control the gang members (forgot their names) that are training with Agate, i'm not sure if it's a glitch, but it's their default weapons and i got them after doing the door

is the stun rod weapon you have for certain characters a glitch?
