"This time I tried to make some Aromatic Pork. While I liked the sauce that went along with it, I didn't much care for the pork itself. I probably should have put some more salt on it while letting it sit overnight, but it also didn't help that I had to cook it over twice as long as suggested in order for it to be done. It left the pork with a bland taste, and if it wasn't for the sauce I definetely wouldn't have enjoyed it. Might try to do it a bit differently next time, but I might just mark this one up as a wash."
