Description

Adds the OwO language

Which of course replaces every 'r' and 'l' with a 'w'.
Nothing more, nothing less.

Its a language so you just change over to it at the bottom-right part of the main menu.

About 95% of the stuff are OwO-nized, rest arent but im sure it wont make that much of a difference.

Meant as a joke. Thanks to spdskatr for idea.

here is a suggestion: Use a "substitute" system to just replace any "r" or "i" found with a "w", so it is compatible with other mods, as you are just effecting text!
Also, update when?
