After beating the game on Veteran, Professional difficulty will unlock. You will also have the ability to unlock unlimited ammo in any gun you have completely upgraded. You must purchase this ability with your "exchange points" which are given based on your grade in each chapter, and it only affects the specific guns you've used your exchange points on. The feature must also be turned on in the Bonus Features menu.
Kill Related
Exploding Heads
Pull off 20 headshots.
Aim for the head, after twenty kills this achievement will be yours. This will likely come naturally in the first chapter of the game.

A Cut Above
Defeat 5 enemies with the Knife.
If you're feeling brave you can start taking on Majini with the knife right from the start. Other wise in Chapter 4-1 you can find spiders on the walls and snakes in pots which you can slice.

Cattle Prod
Defeat 30 enemies with the Stun rod.
This weapon can be purchased for 3K Gold. You can then either run riot throughout the game or head back to Chapter 1-1, after your first encounter with the Majini you burst through the window and as you head forward you encounter a mob which has over 30 infected.

Crowd Control
Defeat 30 enemies with the Gatling gun.
To aquire the Gatling Gun you first need to fully upgrade the VZ61 Machine Gun, complete the game and then you can purchase it for 50K Gold. As above you can return to Chapter 1-1 and take out your 30 there. Kills accumulated in Mercenaries Mode also count towards this achievement. Only Chris can wield the Gatling gun.

Bull's-eye
Defeat 30 enemies with the Longbow.
To aquire the Longbow you first need to fully upgrade the S75 Rifle, complete the game and then you can purchase it for 50K Gold. You need to select Sheva as your character and as above you can return to Chapter 1-1 and take out your 30 there. Kills accumulated in Mercenaries Mode also count towards this achievement. Only Sheva can wield the Longbow.

Get Physical
Defeat 20 enemies with physical attacks.
When you shoot an enemy enough he will step back, at this moment you'll see a 'X' on the screen that says either "Hook", "Straight", or if he is on the floor it will say "Stomp". Once you preform the action the Majini should be dead. Repeat 20 times and done.

The Works
Chain the maximum number of combos together in one go.
This will need to be performed on a Big Man Majini and is best done co-op since the AI won't really help you. Shoot him once with a weak shotgun (so you don't damage him too much) to staggar him, then have one person behin the chain by hitting 'X'; then the other person will do the same; finally, the first person will have a special attack to finish them off.

This does not unlock for both players, only the person who hit twice and used their special attack. Make sure to return the favor to your friend!

Lead Aspirin
Defeat a Majini with a headshot while it's jumping.
Chapter 3-2, after you've taken out the initial wave of Majini head down and they'll take out the bridge. Stay on your side for the moment at they will come to you jumping across the platforms. With the Gatling Gun, just aim up and keep firing when they're jumping across to you.

Fireworks
Shoot an enemy Molotov cocktail, dynamite stick, or hand grenade.
Chapter 2-1, you'll have an encounter with the dogs and then move round the containers and drop down. Here will be a few more dogs and a big guy Majini, look on top of the container behind him and you will see a Majini with explosives in his hand. Shoot it and you're done.

Be the Knife
Deflect a bow gun arrow with your knife.
Chapter 2-1 will be the first time you encounter a Majini with a crossbow, there isn't really a trick here. Just get your timing right and this achievement will be yours.

Meat Shower
Defeat 3 Majini with one grenade or proximity bomb.
End of Chapter 1-1 will be your best bet, wait until you get a group of Majini and throw a Hand Grenade at their feet and boom!

Go into the Light
Defeat 2 enemies with one flash grenade.
The easiest way to get this is when fighting the big group of spiders after climbing the ladder at the beginning of Chapter 4-1. They die instantly from a flashbang and you can hit a good handful at the same time.

Ride the Lightning
Defeat a Majini using the electric current from a transformer.
Again, end of Chapter 1-1. Once the Executioner knocks down the gate run out past him and look up to the left to see the Transformer (looks exactly like the achievement picture). Shoot it down once a Majini is near. If they don't die from the initial hit, you can shoot it to make it spark however many times you need.

Stop, Drop, & Roll
Defeat 3 Majini at once by setting oil canisters on fire.
Yet again, end of Chapter 1-1 when facing off against the villagers and the executioner, wait until the executioner breaks down the barrier and run forward noting the oil barrels that you pass on your left. Turn around (make sure there is a nice distance between you and the barrels) and wait for some villagers to start running after you and shoot the barrel.

Baptism by Fire
Defeat 3 Majini at once with a drum or gas tank explosion.
Chapter 2-1, after you take out the oncoming truck Majini will follow and there will be barrels left either side of the bridge. Wait until they're near and blow them up.

Drive By
Stop an armored truck by taking out the driver.
Chapter 2-3, a truck will appear from the left. Dispose of this normally and another truck will now be on your right hand side, this is the easiest truck to get the driver. Shoot out the armour on his door window and he'll be exposed for a quick kill.

Egg on Your Face
Defeat a Majini with a rotten egg.
Drop the difficulty to Amatuer and start chapter 1-2. Run through to where you encounter the female Majini, when you've got her attention shoot her with the pistol once and quickly equip the rotten egg and throw.

Heart Stopper
Defeat a certain enemy by stabbing it in the heart.
The enemy in question is the Licker which is only present in 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3. The first encounter in 5-1 is the easiest place to attempt this achievement as you will only be facing two. While up close with your shotgun keep shooting at one of the Lickers until it's knocked onto it's back. Quickly run up to the downed Licker and press 'X' to stab it's heart. It can get back to it's feet very quickly, so no slouching!
Collectibles
Egg Hunt
Find all 4 types of eggs.
You must have all four types on eggs in your inventory at the same time. You can get this quickly if you have a friend with all the eggs, just have him give them to you. Otherwise, here are the first instance of their locations. Except the gold egg, they can all be found in multiple spots.

White - Chapter 1-2. Just before you head into the building with the lady in the black dress head up to the roof of the building which has the shotgun. Should be a chicken up there, if not he's already roaming about. Drops as white egg on Normal difficulty.

Brown - Chapter 1-2. Same as "white" but play on Amateur.

Gold - Chapter 3-1. Middle island on the map, the "chicken farm." Arrive and wait a moment, chicken should give a little ♥♥♥♥ a doodle do and drop it.

Rotten - This drops randomly later in the game from Chapter 4-1 onwards off defeating enemies.

All Dressed Up
Purchase all available alternative costumes in Bonus Features.
There are three costumes each for Chris and Sheva. The first two are available from the start and the second two unlock after beating the game. To unlock the final pair, you must collect 25 BSAA Emblems for Chris and all 30 for Sheva. Once you purchase all the costumes with your exchange points the achievement will unlock.

Stockpile
Obtain all available weapons.
There are two ways to earn weapons in the game. First, you can find silver cases throughout the game and pick them up, or you will unlock extra weapons by upgrading exisiting weapons. If you are playing co-op and your partner picks up a weapon, it will then be available for you to buy, or you can just go back into the level and pick it up for yourself later.

You must have one each of the following in your inventory at the same time:

Hand Gun
M92F - Found in Chapter 1-1
H&K P8
SIG P226
M93R - Fully Upgrade M92F

Shotgun
Ithaca M37 - Found in Chapter 1-2
M3 - Found in Chapter 3-3
Jail Breaker - Found in Chapter 6-1
Hydra - Fully Upgrade Ithaca M37

Machine Gun
ZV61
AK-74 - Found in Chapter 5-1
H&K MP5 - Found in Chapter 2-1
SIG 556 - Found in Chapter 5-2

Rifle

Dragunov SVD
H&K PSG-1 - Found in Chapter 5-3

Misc.
Grenade Launcher - Found in Chapter 4-1
Rocket Launcher - Found in Chapter 3-1
Stun Rod
Gatling Gun - Fully Upgrade ZV61
Longbow - Fully Upgrade S75
Frag Grenade
Flash Grenade
Incendiary Grenade

Proximity Mine

Take It to the Max
Completely upgrade all weapons.
To unlock all the upgrades for every weapon you will need in excess of $1,000,000. You can make runs through the two temple levels (4-1 and 4-2) and pick up all the treasures. You can also begin 5-1 and kill a bunch of Lickers to get their treasure, then quit out (save your inventory) and repeat.

They Belong in a Museum
Obtain all treasures in the game.
A complete list of the treasures and their locations can be found here .There are four empty slots on the treasures screen, so don't worry that you're missing anything. The achievement won't unlock until you've collected everything, then exit back to the Item Management screen, choosing to update your inventory.

Badge of Honor
Find all the BSAA emblems.
There are 30 emblems which must be shot down throughout various chapters. During the course of the game you may have unintentionally shot some down while firing at enemies. The number of emblems collected in each level can be viewed at the chapter select screen.

A picture walkthrough can be found here.

They're ACTION Figures!
Collect all the figurines.
Most of the action figures will be unlocked by completing the game and finding all 30 BSAA Emblems. However, two require you to S-rank every level. This isn't very difficult once you have unlocked unlimited ammo on a magnum and go back to play the game on Amateur. You are ranked by accuracy, enemies kill, deaths taken and time to complete. Just blast through every enemy in solo mode (don't give Sheva a weapon) and you shouldn't have any problem getting an S-rank. Once you unlock the final two, the achievement will pop after purchasing them.
Other
A Friend in Need
Save partner 10 times when HELP is displayed.
When your partner runs into trouble and is grabbed by an enemy the HELP icon is shown on screen. Run over and press 'B' to assist. 10 times and this will unlock.

Lifeguard
Save partner 10 times when DYING is displayed.
Easiest way to do this is go onto a higher difficulty and don't give Sheva any weapons or health items. She'll soon get into trouble and when the DYING icon is displayed on screen rush over and press 'B' to resuscitate her.

Masters of Removing
Work together to save someone special.
Again at the end of Chapter 5-3 just after "Bad Blood." Wesker will depart and leave you alone with Jill. Move closely to her but be careful, too close and you'll get a boot to the face. The game will prompt you with the 'X' button to try and reason with her (if you are Chris); it may take a few of these prompts but Jill will then become confused. Sheva will grab Jill and give you the opertunity to try and grab the chest piece or shoot it, shoot it for now until it begins sparking. Now reason with Jill and when Sheva grabs her press 'B' to grab the chest piece then mash 'A' to try and rip it out. It will take a few attempts of this to finish the battle.

This will not unlock if you rip out the chest piece when Jill is on the floor.

Bad Blood
During the first fight with Wesker, damage him a set number of times.
At the end of Chapter 5-3 you will engage in a boss fight with Wesker And Jill. You have 7 minutes here to inflict damage on Wesker to make him retreat, easier said than done. Best head into this one with a Magnum (even better if it's upgraded) to do the most damage.

At the start of the fight head towards the blue door on the right and Wesker should give you a heafty kick through it. Make sure your map is enabled, run away up the stairs and Wesker should follow looking for you. You should see his triangle looking both ways when you've lost him, at this point pop out and try to put some lead into him. Might take a few attempts to get this hang of this but it's doable.

Who Do You Trust?
Build up a certain level of trust with your partner.
This achievement MUST be done in solo with the AI.

If you want this very quickly, load Sheva and yourself up with only healing items (buy spray cans if needed), then load Chapter 1-2 and shoot the transformer to the ground. Stand next to it and knife it to hurt yourself so she runs over and heals you. After she heals you, press 'B' to say "Thanks!" and her trust will go up. Repeat this until you get the achievement.
Versus Mode
Army of One
Win 30 matches in Slayers.
This achievement will come over time so be patient. A Slayers match lasts for 3 minutes so it won’t take as long to earn as the Eye of the Tiger achievement.

Eye of the Tiger
Win 30 matches in Survivors.
This is not technically a difficult achievement to obtain, just a very time consuming one that will come over time. A Survivor match lasts for at least 5 minutes, however this is likely to increase as many players tend to smash the time bonuses scattered around the map to extend the game. Based on the 5 minute mark, this achievement would take you a minimum of two and a half hours of match time to obtain it, assuming that you win every match. Seeing as this is extremely unlikely to happen (unless you’re boosting) then you’re probably looking towards the 15-20 hour mark to obtain it. Please note that there is no in-game counter showing how many wins you have so you’ll need to keep track of this yourself.

The Team That Slays Together...
Win 30 matches in Team Slayers.
Same as Army of One. You will need a partner in order to earn this achievement.

We Will Survive
Win 30 matches in Team Survivors.
Same as Eye of the Tiger. You will need a partner in order to earn this achievement.

Keep the Good Times Rolling
Chain a 20-defeated combo in Slayers.
Best purchase Jill (BSAA) for headshots.
The aim of this game mode is to build up your points by constantly killing enemies in quick succession, which in turn raises the combo meter. You are not allowed to have any breaks in the chain otherwise you’ll have to start over again.

A Shotgun or Sniper Rifle makes this much easier as it has a decent amount of firepower and ammo and will kill most of the enemies in a single shot.

Be aware that there is also another team playing the game so be careful as they may be out to kill you and break your combo chain.

It Takes Two to Tango
Chain a 40-defeated combo in Team Slayers.
Same as Keep the Good Times Rolling. Best purchase Jill (BSAA) for headshots.

It's All About the Points
Score at least 40,000 points in Survivors.
A partner is required to earn this achievement. You score points either by shooting your opponents with various weapons or by killing them. If you can, try and perform a finishing move on a wounded enemy for bonus points. The RPG will provide you with the most points, however ammo for it is scarce, so I would recommend trying to pick up a Shotgun instead. They are far easier to find and killing an enemy with them grants a decent amount of points, not to mention the fact that they can be very powerful at close range.

Make use of your radar as it’ll show you the locations of your enemies. The Public Assembly map is probably the best place to try for this just because it is so small and therefore easier to find the enemy.

There's no "I" in Team
Score at least 80,000 points in Team Survivors.
Same as It's All About the Points.

Let's Get This Party Started!
Unlock all selectable characters in Versus.
In order to unlock a character, you must purchase them using your points from the in-game Bonus Content area. There are a total of eight to unlock and you can buy them in any order you wish. You'll need a total of 134,000 points in order to unlock all characters.

Bringing the Pain
Defeat 100 players using physical attacks in Versus.
When you deplete all of an enemies’ health, they will begin to stagger. When this happens, an option will appear allowing you to perform a finishing move. Get in close, press 'X' and your character will perform some sort of physical attack (the type varies with each character) and kill the enemy.
Lost In Nightmares
Must've Got Lost
Complete "Lost in Nightmares" on any difficulty setting.
This is a story related achievement.

Complete the Lost in Nightmares campaign and the achievement will unlock.

It's Just a Bad Dream!
Complete "Lost in Nightmares" with an S rank.
You can do this on any difficulty, mush like the main game you are marked on your speed, kills, treasures and accuracy. Killing rats and spiders will reveal extra treasure collectibles, and aim carefully with your guns.

You can ignore most of the executioners as long as you kill at least four in the whole campaign. You can earn and S rank on any difficulty and while playing co-op. Decide which difficulty and if you want to play with a friend. The achievement will unlock once you see the mission summary screen.

Night Terrors
Complete "Lost in Nightmares" on Professional.
Before you can complete the game on Professional you will need to do at least one run through on Veteran.

Dealing with the Executioners
These guys will be your biggest threat while making your way through the story. Once you get to the trap section make sure you keep a close eye on where the Executioners are. They don't show up on your map so running into them can be fatal.

At certain points they will use their anchors to stop traps from falling, this will be your best chance at attacking. Use a flash-bang to disorientant them and use your melee attack to spring the trap. You can use the trap on up to two or three executioners at a time, though it's easier to deal with each one separately.

Fighting Wesker
This may take a few attempts but once you get a rhythm going and know his attacks you should be able to time a perfect hit. Make sure you dodge when he attacks, just after you dodge and run for cover. He will run off after a certain period of time so keep evading him and countering his attacks.

Kung Fu Fighting
Inflict a set amount of damage to Wesker in "Lost in Nightmares."
This sounds difficult but it can be done on any difficulty. Amateur may be the best difficulty for most people to complete this but Normal will give you more of a chance if you are having issues. Wesker will run off very soon into your fight on Amateur.

1). Fire at Wesker twice from across the room, he will charge at you

2). Dodge his attack (It can either be 'X' But or 'A' Button depending on the difficulty.

3). At this point, either you or your partner can attack him ('X' But for Jill, 'B' But for Chris) depending on how which character you are

Keep repeating this process until Wesker decides to run from you. You won't be able to control your character at this point.

Wish Upon a Star
Destroy all 18 of the Score stars found throughout "Lost in Nightmares."
Finding all 18 stars may be a little tricky if you're not paying attention. Either check every location for these stars of your can use this guide.
Desperate Escape
Getaway
Complete "Desperate Escape" on any difficulty setting.
This is a story related achievement.

Complete the Desperate Escape campaign and the achievement will unlock.

The Great Escape
Complete "Desperate Escape" with an S rank.
You must complete Desperate Escape with an "S" rank on any difficulty. There are several categories that you'll be graded on, depending on your performance. If you average out an "S" rank, then the achievement will unlock.

Getting this with Way of the Warrior works well, because most of the time if you get 150 kills, then you an get "S" rankfor enemies killed. If you can keep you Accuracy high enough, then you should receive an "S" rank for that, as well. In order to get an "S" rank, at the end, your total score has to equal 80,000 or greater. So if you do not too good in one area, but REALLY good in another, it still works.

Run the Gauntlet
Complete "Desperate Escape" on Professional.
Without a doubt, the most challenging of the 5 achievements.
To unlock Professional, you must first complete Desperate Escape on Veteran. You can also join a friend who has already unlocked Professional. Doing this will save you a playthrough and the achievement will still unlock. Works best in Co-op, since the A.I. isn't the best partner.

Below you will find some general rules:

- Avoid unnecessary battles and run whenever you can.

- Whenever you hit a checkpoint, restart your game right away. This is a must since doing so will get rid of any enemies which were on your tail.

- In the very first section, you must absolutely obtain the shotgun. If it isn’t there, restart your game.

- Somewhere along the game make sure to pick up a magnum. If you don’t, the final battle will get very nasty.

Way of the Warrior
Defeat 150 enemies singlehandedly in one playthrough of "Desperate Escape."
Easily done on Amateur. Just take your partner's weapon away from him right at the start. Then just kill everything you see, you shouldn't run out of ammo, and it'll unlock before the end of the level.

Shoot the Messenger
Defeat 3 Agitator Majini in one playthrough of "Desperate Escape."
The Agitator Majini are the ones that carry around the white megaphone, and it shows a cutscene of them appearing. The Big Man Majini with a megaphone does not count. Best done on Amateur.

1) In the first area, make sure to kill everyone! And you may be sitting there a while, but keep going until you are 100% sure that no one else is in the area. Make sure to climb up the ladder that leads to a room with a safe in it, and to check the other room with a safe. And also check the bathroom area. It is rumored that you have to climb up all 3 ladders, so just go ahead and do that, just in case. And don't touch the door until the enemies are gone. Then when you go through the door, wait to climb up the Co-op ladder, and kill the guys that jump down. When that is done, Co-op jump up the ladder, a cutscene should happen and run back to the original area to find the Agitator.

2) In the area with the 2 rocket launcher turrets, when Jill has to co-op jump up a ladder and go around to let Josh in. Do not let Josh in just yet. Same as before, just kill all enemies. It may seem endless, but guys will eventually stop jumping down. When at the 2 rocket launcher turrets, if you look straight across, there are some enemies up there on that platform that you need to kill. That is also where the Agitator will spawn eventually. Use either a sniper of the turret to take him out.

3) At the end area, where you have to survive. Make sure to just keep killing for the whole time, and remember once you run out of time from the first 5 minutes, it will raise up to 2:30 again., so don't panic if you don't get the achievement before then. Be sure to kill ALL of the enemies that spawn out of the elevator, and be sure to also kill the guys that jump down (like the Reaper thing, with the arms and slashes you) For me, on Amateur, it was Red Executioner from the elevator, Reaper, Red Executioner, then the Agitator spawned with around 25 seconds left the 2nd time. Be sure to kill him right away. If you don't kill him right away, the time will expire, and the DLC will end. Flash grenades work well on the things that pop out of heads. A tip is to put proximity mines in front of the elevator, so when the enemies walk out of the elevator they hit them and get hurt. I stayed in that area in front of the elevator, that has the opening, and the window to the right when looking towards the elevator.

I have found you can find the L. Hawk on Chapter 5 when you encounter Wesker for the first time
During this specific boss fight, when you are blocked by the boss, run to the chests in the upper areas. Flash grenades can help with keeping this boss at a distance. When you reach it, you simply look for a prompt to open and you'll find the L. Hawk inside of the tomb chest there.
