Description
Introducing a new character based off one of the most suicidal bosses there is, Lil Horn!
This character, while being able to fire homing black balls instead of tears, possesses a new active item named "The Hole", which allows Lil Horn to teleport anywhere in the room with a arrow key controlled crosshair every 10 seconds.

A big thanks to COBECTb_TBO9I on Discord for helping us with some some of the more problematic sprites, including the stage transition portrait!

I understand that you have both stopped working on mods but if you could just please hear me out that would be fun! When no using The Hole as your current active item, the mechanic for "Use Hole, Place Bomb" is bugged and bombs have a chance to just go to a completely different spot in the room. I find this annoying early in a run where bombs are a rare necessity. It may need some looking into. :/
