Ever wanted to make Isaac shoot heavyweight projectiles? Well, now you can! This mod adds an item into the game that changes Isaac's main weapon from tears to deadly piercing rocks that explode on impact with the ground.

Also has synergies with some characters that wouldn't usually work with similar. Works with usual run killers like Mom's Knife, Tech X and Epic Fetus. Even works with some obscure combinations, such as The Forgotten with Ludovico, and has a unique interaction with Flat Stone.

The Forgotten (Stats remain the same for balancing)
Mom's Knife (Fire rate boosted to avoid insanely long charge time)
Monstro's Lung (Range buffed to make up for lob shots)
Polyphemus (Fire rate buffed to make up for decrease that was incredibly overkill)
Technology and Brimstone (Minor synergies, a la Infestation 2 or Guppy)
Haemolacria (Tear height nerfed because it went off screen)
Kidney Stone (Range nerf mitigated)
Forgotten + Brimstone (Cancels out effect, to be updated)
