I'm thankful for the Steam blurring system, its doing its job perfectly.

Because of your blurred pic, I'm thinking we should have a little private me-time chat.. I made preparations too, I have my "tickle my elmo" love bubbles collection, the slippery oils and those (you know) special "rubbers" ;-)

All artwork is pointlessly blurred by default, you can turn off the blurring in your account settings.
Though, I have found that this setting does not seem to work for previous days in the Friend Activity Page.

Yeah, been there. Not on that couch though; seems it has some very unusual effects on the space time continuum. And no blurring here.
