Proudspire Racks & Mannequins

Description
Adds a bunch of racks and mannequins to Proudspire Manor. Requested by JimTheRippah

+9 racks, each with 2 weapon slots
+8 Mannequins
+Shrine of Arkay

I reloaded a different save and the mannequins fixed themselves, the weapon racks still don't work. the only other mods i have that could affect it is one that adds more utilities(grindstone, smelter, etc) and one to fix the other racks and such(also doesn't work) but they both say that they don't, or shouldn't clash with other mods

Sorry, I haven't modded Skyrim in ages. I dunno what could be wrong. So you have other mods potentially affecting mannequins, racks, or Proudspire?

None of the racks work and the mannequins are alive

Try looking into skyrimnexus, they may have more up to date mods there.

That is odd. I haven't worked on this mod in ages, I would not be surprised if one of patches broke something since then.

oh god. i installed this mod and the mannakins walked around. IT WAS CREEPY
