Use both Rosa and Joey to solve a puzzle - During the tutorial, have Joey blow the keys towards the vent shaft. Once Rosa grabs them through the vent, the achievement will unlock.

TIED TOGETHER: Be careful when blowing the keys if you're also going for the Bullet Dodger achievement. Don't play around in the locked room, focus on your task and leave.

Use Joey's breath ability on at least 10 people - Have Joey use his breath ability on every single character, living or dead (including Rosa.) This should unlock by the time you see the Psychic sitting on her couch looking at a photograph.

NOTE: The description is misleading, you don't ACTUALLY have to blow on them, you just need to use the ability, even if Joey says something witty like "I wouldn't waste my breath on them." it still counts towards the 10 people.

Escape the yacht with only getting shot once - Blow on the keys once to get them off the hook, get shot, reenter the room and blow on the keys towards the vent. Leave the room. Don't do anything else or risk a second shot. Save before reentering if you're worried. This achievement will unlock after you leave the Yacht permanently.

Open the secret compartment on the first try - See that funny little wooden wall on the bottom floor of the Yacht? Don't mess with it until you know the appropriate button combination.

TIP: The answer can be found upstairs on the yacht, check the diagram on the wall and figure it out.
LAZY PERSON'S ANSWER: Press the buttons so that they spell out JUNE. Check the diagram upstairs for reference on which knots are which letter.

Save a ghost... and yourself - After using the tie on Ryan, you're gonna have to GTFO. Jump off the Yacht and the achievement will unlock.

Find all the references to previous games in Rosa's apartment - Click on everything in Rosa's apartment and this will unlock.

For a more specific list I would assume you have to do the following:

• Click on all three photographs on the wall.
  
• Click on all three articles/poster on the right wall.

Abuse an innocent - As you can tell by the photo, the innocent in question is the baby in the Haines' apartment. Talk to the Baby as Joey, and then walk through the door on the left. If the door is closed, the baby will run right into the door, and the achievement will unlock. This may also work with the Bedroom door in the back as well.

Sometimes you've gotta rob a few old ladies... - Successfully steal the key from Penelope's room. Part of the story.

PUZZLE SOLUTION: Take the pamphlete from the lobby, combine it from the yarn from the common room. Put the pamphlete underneath the door to Penelope's room. Have Joey blow on the pamphlete. Then have Joey blow on the keys. Then have Rosa pull on the pamphlete (not the key.)

Get out of a sticky situation - This is part of the main story after you break into the Haines apartment, I don't believe you can mess it up.

PUZZLE SOLUTION: Have Joey leave the spare room, have Joey blow on the thermostat, have Joey talk to the baby and head through the open door on the left. Switch to Rosa, leave the spare room, run out the front door.

Visit another psychic - Visit the Psychic after you return the Peridot to Penelope. This is part of the main story and can't be missed. It will unlock once you leave the Psychic's building.

Find a lost item - This can be obtained after speaking with the Psychic. It is part of the main story, and can't be missed.

PUZZLE SOLUTION: Call Jeremy's phone outside of the Psychic's building. Then, dig his phone out of the trash.

Use Rosa's business card for an unintended purpose - You get this at Tiffany's apartment. You're going to need to use Rosa's business card to light up a dark space. This is part of the main story, and can't be missed.

PUZZLE SOLUTION:Put Rosa' business card in Mailbox 2. Have Joey look inside Mailbox 2. Read the name on the envelope.

Find Jamie's favorite song - In Munray's there's a Panel by the VIP room. Type in the song/band's name on the touchscreen panel.

PUZZLE SOLUTION: Epileptic Fish

Not bad, for a dead guy - Talk to Jamie's ghost in the VIP section as Joey. While you're dancing (most likely to the song you selected in the Music Lover achievement) you can talk on a more personal level.

There's a lot of options here, this achievement however is unlocked by discovering as much as you possibly can about Jamie and then when she asks about Joey answering back so it looks like you have stuff in common. Right answers will not appear until you've actually discovered them for yourself, so there's no cheating.

The full list of how to discover these things will not be in this guide since this is a main story achievement and can't be missed.

Free Rosa - This achievement is unlocked after getting yourself untied during one of the final puzzles of the game. It's part of the main story, and can't be missed.

Come back from the void - This achievement is unlocked during the final moments of the game. It is part of the main story, and can't be missed.

Complete the game once - Yikes, you needed me to tell you how to get this? No comment.

Finish the game in commentary mode - Before you start a New Game, go to the options menu and turn commentary on. Then go through the ENTIRE game from New Game to the End of Credits with the Commentary turned on. I recommend saving this for a second playthrough so you can actually enjoy the main plot and dialogue without breaking your immersion.
