When you really want to get good at CS:GO try to get some freinds to play with you and play as a team practice as a team and learn as a team.

I will recommend you to practice 3 times in the week arround 30-60 minutes like Aimbotz or someother maps.

Practice prefire spots smokes flashes and spray control.
