Mad Milk

This was originally going to be a full TF2 mod with 9 characters and 20+ items, but progress reached a hault as Greenagon and I became less interested in development. We managed to make about 6 items and 5 characters but they were severely unfinished, so I present the only item that made it out alive, Mad Milk!

Mad Milk
"Non-milk substance"
- Active item with 3 charges.
- When used, it is lifted above Isaac's head. It can be thrown in any direction, similarly to Bob's Rotten Head.
- When it hits the ground or an enemy, it makes a large splash. Any enemies caught in the splash become milked.
- Killing a milked enemy heals half a heart of your HP.
