Valid Issuing Cities

The primary way to check for forged passports is the issuing cities field. Also has the two valid Ministry of Admissions Seals for good measure

Valid Foreign Seals and Native Districts

Diplomatic Authorizations can have one of two seals: the one that you always see front of the passport (light symbol, dark circle), and an alternate one just to mix things up.

Forged identity cards are usually detected by the name, height, and weight. But the occasional misspelled district shows up.
