Addendum: The security terminal in the first mission gives only 100xp per hack, but it also gives 1 "Nuke Virus Software". It'll make hacking Jensens PC a bit easier.

The first hack I found with 1x "Stop! Worm Software" per hack was in the Fema facility: The gate behind the two containers leading to the ladder to the roof. It also gives 1x "Nuke Virus Software" per hack.

A useful note - this glitch appears to work on any hacking challenge with nodes that reward XP, money, nukes or stop viruses. The only difference is that when finishing the hacking challenge through the typical green node(s), subsequent wins after reloads don't appear to update the numbers on the "winnings" screen concerning the additional rewards gained - however, after finally accepting the winnings screen you will see notifications running on the left side of all the dupe rewards.
