Description
Toggle Flip Flops allows you to essentially store a bit of information

bottom left accepts cable input, and the bottom right outputs. As soon as the input receives power it toggles from OFF to ON, once its on it will send power to the output. When the input receives power again it will be toggled from ON to OFF.
