@Community - If there's a way to just turn down the frequency in the loot pool, any suggestions are welcome - I've been into modding for an entire two weeks...so any assistance is welcome!
1. Add an elemental dagger vendor - I don't like that as it breaks a bit of the immersion and I like finding game generated gear at random.
2. Add a chest with elemental kit in it, and just level it up with another mod later. Same issues as #1 in my mind.
3. Change from elemental daggers to Chaos based daggers, greatly reducing the number of items in the pool. I'd do that as a separate mod (I love the single target CC of using two electric daggers too much to remove it!).
