Geting LoL to launch though Steam

If you're one of the few people that still have the game on Steam, but are frustrated that you can't update the Steam version to work with current LoL like I was, then I have a solution for you!

I wrote a super simple program to redirect the Steam version of LoL's launcher to the new Client. All you have to do is download both the Steam version of LoL and then install the current version into the same folder, then replace the old lol.launcher.exe with a new one I made.

I uploaded it to Github in case you want to check the source code for yourself, but all it does is open a cmd window and then open the new client, and then sit open until the client closes.

No, you can not. All those keys if there are any are already sold out years ago. If you want it I am sorry it's not possible—me and the other 10 people with the original game here on steam.
