Touch of Magic

Description
Simple overhaul of Touch skills to allow for melee characters to access for a bit of elemental magic, especially rogue types.

- Damage scaling tied to weapon damage, so dagger/sword users may now add to their inventory
- All touch skills are able to backstab.
- All touch skills give double damage when used from stealth.
- All touch skills set to 2AP and 3 CD
- Adds Burning Touch skill. Obtainable by combining one Fire Skillbook and one Fire Essence
- Adds Freezing Touch skill. Obtainable by combining one Water Skillbook and one Water Essence.
