Text variables
1) Create a new project:




2) Open menu and click in variables:



3) Add new text variable:



4) Fill in the fields with the necessary information:
  • Code: It is used as a keyworkd to be replaced in your text panels.
  • Text: Variable data that will replace the defined keyword.
Image variables
1) Create a new project:




2) Open menu and click in variables:



3) Open the sdd variable menu (+) and click Image:



4) Fill in the fields with the necessary information:
  • Code: It is used to identify the code when configuring each of the cards.
  • Image: The image that will be used in the variable.
  • Tint: The color that multiplies the image.
Using your variables
1) Create your variables (see above).



2) Create a Text Panel. Variables can only be used in this type of Panel.

3) To use the variable, simply use the code defined in the variable above between curly braces.

Thanks for sharing this step-by-step guide! Not only did I learn how to use variables in the program, but I've also been using them non-stop immediately afterwards :tinder: They're an incredibly useful tool.
