Edit wands wands everywhere is 100% not the best talent in the game,
still and S tier but you can always go back to the holy mountain the edit wands

You forgot to say that the angry and love perks can be stacked. If you stack angry, the mobs will destroy each other. If you pick love more than once, they will completely ignore you. Which makes you in a way immortal to them,

I don't understand how you can put vampirism so low when this skill is one of the best of the game....Drinking blood heal you. By having the drill or the chainsaw you can easly destroy ennemy corpse and make a sea of blood which heal all your life after that.


And where is the Wand Experiemnter too ? One of the best skill because it heals you too.

Those two skill are the best one especially when you play in nighmare difficulty

All seing skill is a good one but not among the best. You can easly beat the game without it. Same with the shield, it's good but not as great as some other.

Putting the concentrator skill at D- doesn't make any sense. This skill is really good beacuse you deal more damage and your projectile will be more precise

There is a lot to say about this perks rank honestly. A lot of great skill are underestimated
