It just token "logged to kalypso account = 1" "activated = 1" "offline = 1" and same - but no any actual personal data.
Maybe turn off online connection is required. After starting launcher you can turn internet connect back on.

Also to crack game therre is better solutions that work for many games with launchers like that. Even Steam Family Sharing allow play one game from two accounts - if use "disconnect" mode.

Same for launchers. Some will work only on completely offline PC, some with firewall/localhost restrictions and some launchers dont care about anything if you turn them to offline mode.

Kalypso can be turned to offline. But there is one problem - any ways require initially activated and started once game. So some "key" file used to mark PC as activated and something else acc. And Kalypso launcher, at least this one - do not collect any personal info to that local files. Someone can share his appdata kalypso folder and game can be started in offline.

In casy if somehow this is happen - contact both Valve and Kalypso to change key code assigned to account.

Never happned for me. Of course when some discount sales - always happen that Steam mess with keys. That impossible for key server to properly handle "flood" requests. But that usually solved at next day.

Make sure you use right key from right source. Maybe there is problem with "retail" keys and steam - try both. And then contact Valve and provide info about your keys situation.

But im sure correct key assigned to accounts at next day. When im activated 3rd party key i try install game only at next day. Steam immediatly give me proper key.

This problem for change of ownership of the game, so some of the keys are now considered non-indigenous, although they were officially purchased
