Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you for this, very helpful. You're doing the community a great service with this.
There are a lot of points that I've come appreciate and found worth taking note of. One I've instilled in my Life is #6, there is really no loss except benefit to that beverage as long as its sugar free, great source of anti oxidants it is.
The point that precedes it is very clever, as liquids do enforce you to take bathroom breaks every now so and then, which is actually important, so that your body gets some movement done with some eye rest in the process.
Also, the point I'd like to emphasize on is #21 because exceeding the safe levels of audio can cause you hearing loss and tinnitus. Tinnitus is actually quite torturous, for some worse than others, way worse. It is a must to be keep your volume in check.
Point #7 and #25 are excellent for general well being. Meditation is powerful but many don't realize this, and I personally believe that a 45 min to 1 hour work out is a must.
Also, I'd like to bring in two additional points:
1: The use of "Cool Temperature" color settings on your monitor, they cause less of a strain on the eyes. Very helpful for me.
2: The use of a timer on your PC or Smartphone to remind you when to take breaks in between your PC use sessions.
