my remedy? do savefile backup n restore not even weekly or daily.. ..but EVERYTIME BEFORE U R UP FOR DOING ANY PVP SESSION, that is in my logic: invade, gank, setting white/red sign at pontiff/farron etc.

nope, still ok, it's prob due to ppl make common mistake of unsummon and closing game to main menu or launch it after hack from purposely crash/alt f4 result in account being flagged
