There is a client called Plutonium where you can play MW3,WaW,BO1,BO2 with some benefits like:

a built in friendlist
dedicated server
a good anticheat

you have to sort by number of players by clicking the column header that says "players" in the server browser

Just know that you MUST own the game on steam in order to play it on Plutonium.
