Title

Description

A young man who tries to escape the building he is in yet keeps getting attacked by an evil shadow-version of himself. A surrealist thriller by Nicolò Grasso filmed entirely during lockdown in April.

"Katabasis" was born out of necessity due to unforeseen circumstances: originally intended as a more ambitious tale, after the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, closure of university facilities and enforcement of social distancing norms, I decided to adapt the concept to the limited environment I was in.
