Basically I'm running Star Wars Squadrons on PC and using the NEW Oculus Quest 2 to wirelessly connect to my PC thanks to Virtual Desktop and the new 90Hz Patch.
This looked and played better than I was expecting.
The new Quest 2 screen basically removes all screen door.

The game still looks better quality wise on the Rift S by about 10%
But this is all down to bitrate, On my 5G I found a bitrate of 85 gave me NO LAG whilst streaming to my Quest 2.
And the higher the bitrate the better quality you get. This is something you will get with 6G.

Overall I was impressed and the game seemed to perform better wirelessly than it did just playing straight on my PC?
I have no explanation for this?

And seriously...... the only way to play this game is in VR, don't PLAY as a pilot..... BE THE PILOT!

Same here as Megatron - running with the Quest1. I have a RTX 2070 (not super), 64gb RAM with an AMD Ryzan 9. I have the official Oculus cable and it defaults to low settings. Got it up to medium settings and runs ok but feeling like I'm missing out on the higher detail

What’s your recommended graphics options? Running a similar rig with the original quest through link and getting poor performance on anything other than lowest settings.
