Personally I have managed one deathless run of Sekiro, and it was a culmination of luck and skill and knowledge gained over the course of 11 consecutive full playthroughs. I even did the return ending instead of just rushing to end it asap. the deathless run realization came when I looked at my HP bar to see how close the final battle had been and noticed the revival indicator orbs weren't there at all...no full orbs no empty orbs, just nothing cause I never died.
