Ive had people die from a cutscene instantly failing the mission, i had a woman who "needed help" get blasted by a truck before finishing her dialogue, I had people glitch through the floor plain upon death making the mision item impossible to grab. this game is just full of random glitches like that and honestly im glad they're there, worst case scenario is that i had to force restart a mission which wasnt difficulty to begin with
