I know this is months later but, it seems to work.
It seems to be placed in "...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1096900\2321508252\img\tilesets"
You can also get there by going to the resource manager and looking at title sets, export it and then import it into your project.

if you don't know how to insert new tiles into the project, this is not a tile problem ;)

Нажать "подписаться". Стим его загрузит в то место, где у вас РПГ Мейкер хранит скачанные файлы мастерской. Оттуда скопируйте файлы в свой проект, в папки откуда они должны использоваться проектом.

Добрый день! как установить этот тайлсет? не вижу как воспользоваться им в мейкере(
