Shepard dies.. boohoo, oh noes. Butthurt that there is no happy ending. He died for something he believed on, he wanted the reaper threat gone, and he gave his life doing so.
Thus syntesis was the only ending that made sense to me, the only true way to end the cycle.
And yes, I will have to do a replay with badass FemShep sometime
The synthesis ending is the worst in my opinion, though I chose is it in my very first playthrough as well.
I dont know if you heard about it, but there is even a happy ending mod available. But I think the overall ending scenario (after the extended update) is pretty okay for it is the ending of the series concerning Shepards story.
Anyways. Now you need to do everything again as renegade FemShep... she is so badass. :D
