Mercenaries For Hire

Description
Mercenaries for hire was made to make mercenaries more viable in the game.

I have made the mercs more expensive, consume more resources and take longer to build. However they are lot more stronger. It makes mercs more useful to use along side your normal army.

I believe Mercenaries are hired because they are good at what they do and should be paid well for it.

I never made this to be compatible with that mod. I can take a look but most likely this will always be a standalone mod.
