Stormfly's Custom Battle Factions Unlocker

This is a very simple mod that just allows you to use TEB factions and Kislev in Custom Battles.

There are some, but this isn't an intensive mod.
I just needed this for testing and decided to share.


Notes

- The armies they build are pretty awful because their roster is so limited.
- There are issues with wizards
- There are issues if the General is given a mount.
- I'd recommend an additional mod that expands the rosters, but this is here if anybody wants it.
