If I set the rate to 8000hz, binterval becomes 1. But i notice a significant CPU power consumption increase with 8000hz rate (jumping from 36w to 42w when gaming)
wondering if I'm actually doing this right
If getting an error (something about an invalid Windows digital signatiure) when trying to apply "Filter on Device," in the USB overclock software. To fix this, you will have to open Registry Editor. Then you need to navigate to the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control -> CI -> Policy.
Right click on the policy folder, and hover over "New." Select DWORD (32-bit) Value. Now that it's appeared on the right side of the program, rename it to UpgradedSystem. Restart your PC.
I was then able to successfully overclock my DualSense to 8000hz with an interval of 1. Hope this helps someone.
