It looks like killing all the enemies doesn't trigger a win again, but great map regardless!

I really like this map - it was my best planning so far - but I cannot finish the operation. I got both hostages and killed all terrorists but I cant finish it. Is this a bug or did I miss something?

It's interesting to see this was uploaded by the developers and is on the workshop instead of simply added into the game in an update.
