really not that difficult of a fight, just have to not fully negate his buff, or he will Dekaja your debuff. It's the same with buffing yourself, going full stacks increases the chance he will Dekunda you. You approached this fight poorly, it's not a fight you can slow roll. If you run Hifumi magatama, Ame-no-Uzume, and a Koppa Tengu, you'll have more than enough Null force to negate his force attack turns. Just don't run Inugami or another force weak character as your fourth and you'll be fine. There is absolutely no reason you should've been 23 for this fight.

It amazes me how many people think this game is hard when it's easy as piss. Fog breath, Hifumi, a media casting demon and a party of force resist characters and you can cakewalk this dude.
