Hospital with helipad

Description
Edited vanilla hospital buiding with integrated functioning helipad. It is more expensive to build due to the additional structures and reinforcing, and has an additional parkiing slot for the helicopter. All other stats remain the same as the default building.

Textures and base model by 3DIVISION edited by me.

You have to go to the menu bar on the left then click on mods. Then opens a window with all the mods you have downloaded, and it is at the "hospital" tab.

@Wreckasaurus I tested it yesterday with Mi-2 and Mi-8 helicopters, they both land correctly on the pad.

Works great. Love it for keeping my cities looking nice and my go to hospital now. Only issue is visual with the landing point set to top of building (the railings) and not the pad itself. Heli's land a meter or so above the pad.

Updated with non-blocking vehicle stations, only works with the newly released public beta 0.8.5.1
